Welcome to our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop or in-store.
  2. By confirming your order, you accept these terms in full.
  3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms apply to all purchases following the date of change.

Products & Availability

  1. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided as accurately as possible.
  2. Availability may change without notice.
  3. Images are for illustration and may differ from the actual product (e.g., color variations, slight design differences).



Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are listed in Aruban Florin (AWG) and include BBO.
  2. Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
  3. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error occurs with an item you purchased, you will be offered a refund or the option to continue at the corrected price.



Delivery

  1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier delays or stock availability.
  2. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the courier.
  3. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.



Returns & Replacements

  1. We do not offer cash refunds or money-back returns. If an eligible product is faulty, we will repair it or replace it with another item of equal or similar specifications.
  2. Before any replacement is issued, the product must undergo inspection in our repair shop.
    • If the item can be repaired, it will be returned to the customer after repair.
    • If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided.
  3. Replacement units are subject to stock availability.
    • If no replacement is available at the time of inspection, delivery delays may occur until new stock arrives.
    • We will inform the customer of the expected replacement time when possible.
  4. Items must be returned complete and in reasonable condition for evaluation. Units that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering are not eligible for replacement.
  5. Software, consumables, digital products, or accessories not originally included with the device cannot be replaced.



Warranty Policy


New & Refurbished Computers

All new and refurbished computers include a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated in the product listing.



Specials & Clearance Items

No warranty is provided on special deals, clearance items, or discounted units, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.



Tablets, Monitors & Accessories

Tablets and monitors include a 1-month warranty.



Repair Shop Warranty

  • Repairs performed by our technicians include a limited warranty, applied at our discretion and only to the specific component repaired.
  • We are not responsible for unrelated failures occurring after repair.



Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under any warranty:

    • Physical damage, liquid damage, drops, cracks, or misuse
    • Software issues, viruses, or user-installed modifications
    • Battery degradation, unless catastrophic failure within the warranty period
    • Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering
    • Accessories, chargers, or peripherals unless stated otherwise



Dead On Arrival (DOA)​

  1. DOA issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Items must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
  3. If DOA is confirmed, the item will be replaced.



Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.
  2. The customer is responsible for backing up all data before returning items for service.


Software & Licensing

  1. Software pre-installed on devices may include OEM or refurbished licenses.
  2. The customer is responsible for maintaining valid activation and adhering to license terms.
  3. No warranty is offered on software compatibility or updates.


Other


Privacy Policy

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
  2. Information is used only for order processing, support, and communication.
  3. We do not share your data with third parties except for shipping and payment providers.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aruba.
